Great pens for business. I buy these for guests at my job (upscale restaurant) to sign credit card receipts. As a bartender I need a pen that will write clearly enough even if a droplet of water/beverage has made its way to the receipt paper, and not wash away too easily if there is an accident. These rise to the task, and at the rate pens disappear at my job, I’m not devastated if someone makes off with one of these. Thanks to being retractable, I don’t have to worry about the caps ending up in our drains. Great purchase, and worth it if I want to get paid at the end of a visit! They feel nice enough as far as quality in the hand, but won’t break the bank. I’ll purchase again and again in bulk.

Writes well, good price for amount in pkg. Would give 5 stars but after using a few have already ran out of ink in less than 2 weeks regular use. I think there are some duds in the pkg. Be aware.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price was right for a bunch of pens that will probably last me a year or more. Write speed: I don't take that many notes by hand these days, but these pens have made writing enjoyable again. Smear resistance: I've had no problems with smearing
