Well, just is I was about to give up, I saw a email address to the actual company. So, I emailed and explained that my light on my mic will not cut on and they quickly helped me. I'm giving these guys 5 stars for their willingness to help. The mic worked fine with my laptop USB. I never did get it to work with my iPhone, but 5 other microphones & adapters at the Apple store didn't work either--so there's clearly something wrong with my iPhone. (The store never did offer any options for investigating further or fixing it.) In the meantime, these guys were unique in making helpful suggestions. Alas, it had long since been returned, so their offer to "use the contact info on the 1st page of the manual & provide the order number" was not something I could any longer do! (It's not likely they could have solved an iPhone problem in any case, but they were willing to try! That counts for a lot. :__) ... show more

Pros: This really is a "plug in and go" mike with great sound quality. Solid construction. I especially liked the adapters for my Ipad (which is what I use for recording) and my computer. Con: When using my Ipad and the recording program, I have to unplug the mike to hear my playback. Hopefully the manufacturer will correct this for future production. ... show more
