I live in Texas, so it gets pretty hot under the sun outside in the Summer or just any sunny day near summertime. Anyways, I found these shades and it seemed to be a good fit for my car (2005 Acura MDX). I initially was planning to use these for my front side windows and my rear side windows, but the rear side window shades were too big to fit, so I used both of the rear side shades together for my rear view window. For functionality, these are pretty good. They have magnets on the borders of the shades and stick on nicely to my car's door metal border around the window. And, of course, they do a good job at repelling the sunlight coming into the car. Before I had these on, my seat and steering wheel (and basicslly everything) were burning hot, so this eliminated that problem. Additionally, it also seems to reduce the max temperature in the car by a noticeable amount. So, it went from blazing hot in the car before to still pretty hot but more manageable (not instantly breaking a sweat). Overall, I'd say these are a good value assuming you have measured your car's windows and know that these will fit or somewhat fit. They can be easily installed and are pretty affordable for what you get.

Don't usually write reviews but I was pleased with this item. It fixed a niche. Yes it's thing and cheap, the price wasn't high either. The reflective surface is nice for repelling heat but the magnets are why I got it. Super easy, snaps right in. There are no magnets on the bottom, as other reviews have stated. But the side and top get the job done.

Very worth the price and work as advertised as I've NEVER found any other product that can do this 1 simple task!! It's a simple concept but the magnets make it easy to attach/detach and the reflection really helps keep car cool! Only reason I deducted 1 star is because there is no markings/indicators on the shades to indicate which side has the magnets so it takes a few rotations before you can easy attach them to a window frame. If they just added like a yellow marking for the "top" these would literally be perfect!

I bought these side shades to reduce the summer heat in my car in Maryland USA. Although my car still gets warm when I use them, my steering wheel is not burning & my AC seems to work better because my car is cooler when I first enter it. I like the mini magnets that quickly attach to & detach from my windows. The magnets are strong enough to hold the screens. The material seems durable and looks like it will last for several years. I would definitely recommend them and buy them again.

Easy to throw on quickly and magnets hold up just fine, even if the windows are rolled down and there’s a bit of a breeze. Seems to keep the car cooler than with nothing on (certainly better than letting the sun hit you if you’re sitting in the car.) A little bit long for the front and back windows (mid-sized SUV) but I just push it into the crease of the bottom of the window so sun isn’t coming through the gap. They fold up easily - I keep each one in each respective door so I don’t have to waste time figuring out which one goes on which window

I have had similar items in the past, but these are better! With the silver shade on the outside it reflects the sun away from the car and is less hot inside the car. The magnets are strong and they fit nicely.
