Screen protectors are great; they are designed to keep phone screen from breaking in the event you drop your phone. I dropped my phone, not a traumatic drop, but the screen protector cracked across 3/4 of the way down my phone a few weeks after installing. My phone e screen is intact. A more robust, expensive, brand screen protector may not have broken but this one did. However it performed its job saving my phone screen, even though I already need to replace it.
