Update: The fingerprint reader works great. I have been using it for over a week with no issues. Super happy with this screen saver. Super easy to install. The plastic frame guide centers it perfectly. I like that it adheres to the screen and that there is zero chance of the glue running into the top ear speaker and plugging it. (There is a tiny slit at the top of the screen which is the top ear speaker). It does not interfere with the slim case that I am using. I love that you can hardly even tell it's there. It feels just like the real screen. I don't know or care about the fingerprint reader. I am a mechanic and can never get it to work consistently, so I just don't try anymore. My guess is that it would work perfectly, as the glass is glued to the screen with no gap. ... show more

**Edit: after 48 hrs of use, the bubbles situation have resolved on its own, the screen is smooth now! Even though I carefully followed the instructions the screen protector was filled with bubbles and there's no way to fix it. The material feels thick. I had a zagg protector before but it wasn't the glass type and I was able to install it perfectly so I don't know what the issue is with this one. ... show more

    • Glass/plastic fusion - worst of both worlds
Size: Samsung Note 20 Ultra
What a crap product. All the downsides of a plastic screen protector with all the downsides of a glass screen protector. It had an interesting applicator idea. Put your phone in the plastic frame, remove the liner on the sticky side, line up the screen protector using the holes on the frame, push down. Easy, right? Ha! When trying to remove the sticky side liner, I managed to remove the topside liner instead - the piece that lines up the screen protector. I put that back on, then spent a couple minutes trying to get the actual liner off. It was slow going due to how sticky it was. Then, to line it up. Nope - the weight of the screen protector (or maybe just the way I lined the top layer back) meant that the screen protector was constantly sticking to the screen before I could get all four holes lined up. I had to remove the screen protector from my phone and reline it up several times. By the time I actually applied the screen protector to the phone, I got a dust piece under the screen. I haven't gotten dust under a screen protector in many years, all without your fancy applicator ideas. I peeled it back up to try to remove using dust remover sticker. Not only did this fail, but it created a crack, sort of, in the screen protector. This line/crack was over my fingerprint reader, which did not work with my stored fingerprints. I tried to re-enroll one and could not press hard enough to register it successfully. So it doesn't work with fingerprints either. Or I broke it, but reviews seem to indicate that a non-broken one still doesn't work with the fingerprint reader. Icing on the cake - it was on, so I pulled out the s-pen to test the screen protector. I replaced my nib with a hard plastic nib because I hate the rubber tip. Wrote a quick note, felt slightly rubbery, then turned the screen off and saw... indents! Deep enough that I could feel them. Since it didn't work with the fingerprint reader, I ended up taking it off right away. The size of this screen protector was pretty short and did somehow fit my case. I would prefer the edges go well under the case for actual full protection. This is about the only positive thing I can say about it. TLDR: Doesn't work with the fingerprint reader like a glass screen protector, cracks like a glass screen protector, and the s-pen leaves indents and drags like a TPU screen protector. Worst of both worlds. Why even bother with this? If I had bought this at full price I would have been incredibly angry. I hate this curved screen nonsense. I miss PET screen protectors. I didn't get indents on those. ... show more

I like it a lot but one of the issues is that on this particular phone you have a side swipe function and the edge of the shield doesn't go over the curve and your swipe is not smooth your finger gets caught on the edge of the shield itself. Takes a couple times to swipe it and it's slowly getting dust and debris under the edge. Otherwise it's just fine ... show more

I didn't realize that this was a glass fusion screen protector. It's flexible and easy to apply, but I was wanting a glass screen protector. It doesn't hide fingerprints well at all. I find myself constantly wiping off my screen. The fingerprint sensor has worked 90% of the time without me having to re-register my prints. My touch sensitivity is on. I just have to push a little harder on the sensor. As far as protection goes, it's already cracked just a little from it slipping out of my hands about 3" from the countertop. The sides are coming I p slightly and I have to constantly press down on them. When applying it, there were a ton of bubbles and I spent longer than expected getting them all out. I wouldn't purchase this again, but its not a terrible screen protector. ... show more

The plastic film protector (not glass) seems to protect against impacts. The package comes with an alcohol based cleaner pad, lint remover, squeegee, cleaning cloth, and alignment cradle...very complete. Instructions are good, BUT...the issue I'm noticing is with the sides of the protector. My phone (Samsung Note S20 Ultra) has curved side screens, and the adhesive is not great along the sides, so that the protector wants to come loose. And if you have lint or other stuff in your pockets, it will find its way under these "less stuck" sections of the protector, and thus reduces even more the adhesion to the sides. There is a lifetime warranty on the protector, but be aware that you have to pay postage for a replacement (as I recently discovered on my old phone), which is about 1/3 the price of a new protector. Just putting all the cards on the table so you can determine if this is the right choice for you. I think I will find a different type when I need to replace this protector. ... show more
