I'm using this on my iPad Pro M4, 13" model, so there's NO such thing as "a front mic, hole screen that can't be covered or the world will end", at least on my iPad's model (which is the one the product IS advertised for), so, before doing ANYTHING, be sure to have the RIGHT iPad model, this IS a VERY expensive glass, so do yourself a a favor (and to the rest of us who read reviews before buying) and make SURE you are ordering the RIGHT product for YOUR iPad, so we don't have to keep reading unfair, misleading reviews, from users that, evidently, didn't READ before buying, or before installing the product, to understand how it should be applied. Why that strong introduction? Well, because of the many negative reviews for this product, saying bad things about how allegedly "it doesn't fit the iPads", or "front mic doesn't work after this" or "Siri got deaf after installing this" or "FaceID stopped working", etc. I respect everyone's opinions, and every case is obviously one of their own, but I can happily report (after being scared to death at the time of ordering this) that this product works as intended, every single feature of my iPad works as intended, and the product is AWESOME, IF and ONLY IF, you do as I said on first paragraph: make SURE, this product is for the iPad you have. Use the shower trick for getting rid of particles in the air (take a hot shower for several minutes and do the screen protector installation in your bathroom, while the air is still warm and humid. That will make your life SO MUCH SIMPLE by drastically reducing particles floating in the air, so they don't get trapped between your screen and your screen protector (this is valid for every single screen protector you install, for any device). Take special attention installing this, since there's only one, and it IS expensive. Product support is AWESOME, they will try to help you every time and they give you a lifetime warranty (as long as you keep the same device) but it's better if you do it right the first time, so you don't have to wait for help and or a replacement. Take your time cleaning your iPad, mine was brand new and I still took my time cleaning the screen with the provided products. This will make sure the screen has no oil, fingerprints or packaging residues (which can be there even if you don't see it; if you don't, your screen protector WILL, trust me on this, so be safe instead of sorry). Use the provided wet towel, use the provided dry towel and take your time inspecting the screen for particles and using the provided dust remover white square tape. The provided polishing cloth may leave white particles behind when used (mine did), which is why I suspect so many people has had problems with bubbles and trapped particles under the screen protector. It IS a nice polishing cloth, but pay attention and, if using it you notice white dots on the screen (like dust), just use again the wet wipe (dust will come off easy), then the dry wipe, and then the dust remover tape. Make sure everything is super clean and particles free, before installing the product. Make sure you install it in the right position (there's a "Top" sign indicating how it should be placed). Once you have presented the screen protector over the screen, you won't be able to apply it all at once, like a traditional screen protector glass, because of the way the guides were designed, just touch the center of the screen so it starts adhering from the center to the corners (which will effectively air AND potential air bubbles towards the outside, so they won't be trapped in the middle of the screen. Because the top and bottom edges are raised (trapped in the plastic mechanism), you can always guide the adhering process and pull out a little and push again, in order to help the bubbles go outside (do this ONLY if necessary, I didn't had to). Once your screen adhesion gets close to the top and bottom edges, just remove the top and bottom guides from the plastic structure and let the glass finish adhering to the screen FROM THE CENTER TO THE EDGES, DON'T LET THE EDGES' Cristal touch the screen before the air is completely out, or it will be trapped between the edges and the center and you will need to detach the edges, leaving fingerprints under the screen protector (and air, and bubbles). Help the remaining bubbles (if any) get out and guide the process all the time from the middle to the edges. If there are some bubbles at the end, don't panic, just push over it, moving it forward, toward the edge, again and again, as long as you haven't press hard on the edges yet, the bubbles will get outside). My result: bubble free, fast installation. Screen clarity is AWESOME, touch screen sensitivity is AWESOME and it's compatible with Apple Pencil Pro, faceID and every single feature of MY iPad Pro. As I said, it IS an expensive screen protector, but it's also an expensive iPad, and the screen protector manufacturer gives a lifetime warranty, so, I believe it's worth the investment protecting such an expensive iPad. Also, this is the only screen protector (that I was able to find) covering 100% of the iPad Pro M4 13" screen, so my iPad doesn't have the hideous screen cut at the center of the front screen, so unaesthetic (In my modest opinion). My previous iPad had one of those installed, and if you need to remove it for some reason (eventually you WILL, no glass is forever) you'll see why is such a BAD idea to leave a portion of the screen unprotected.     • Huge design flaw

I ordered this screen protector primarily because I really liked how sleek it looked, covering the entire screen without a cutout. Unfortunately, as others have noted in reviews, this is a huge design flaw. The screen protector covers the front microphone, rendering my iPad Pro incapable of responding to Siri requests and performing other basic functions. I’m not sure why a device with multiple high quality microphones is so reliant upon a single pinhole on the front, but that appears to be the case. If you never use the microphone and prioritize having a sleek screen protector, this isn’t a bad choice, but even then there’s a different name brand that offers a similar quality product with easier/better installation, all at half the price. I rarely write negative reviews, but the fact that I spent so much money on a product with such a glaring design flaw made me upset enough to do so in this case. ... show more

    • Easy install, easy on the eyes
I like ZAGG products and have their screen protectors on all of my families iPads and iPhones. When I got a new 13" iPad, I debated on whether I wanted to spend the dollars and risk the install on a screen protector for such a large screen. I decided to get another ZAGG screen protector and I'm glad I did. I found it easy to install and it does not interfere with any functions of the iPad itself. The iPad I have does not have Face ID, so I can't speak to how it will work with that function. This is a full screen protector with no cutouts. It comes with a template that you pop the protector in, peel the film off of it, and press it down on the screen (after cleaning the screen with the included wipes). I was left with two small bubbles, that with some determined pressing with my fingers, disappeared completely. The result is a smooth, edge to edge screen protector that doesn't hold fingerprints and is easy on the eyes. It's a premium price, but there was a nice discount at checkout that helped. Bought three of these to go on three M4 13" iPads. Great packaging, great instructions. Words of caution: DO use the provided wipes even on a brand new out of the box iPad. DO use the tacky tape dust remover strip even after using the wipes - dust will be floating around in your environment. DO double-double-triple check for that last little spec of dust before you place the protector - it WILL create a bubble if you do not. DO push down first from the center as shown and immediately pull the back guide tape off as it starts to adhere. DO expect to have to use the microfiber cloth to gently move bubbles to the closest edge. Try to merge bubbles first - it makes it easier. Do wait 24 hours before you get really upset with tiny non-dust imperfections which will tend to disappear with time. If you have a dust bubble...suck it up buttercup - you own it for the life of the glass. DO NOT return this like a reviewer above if you do not see a notch in the glass for the microphone - why? Because THERE IS NO MICROPHONE ON THE FRONT ANY MORE!!!!!!! This is a solid square piece of glass. I only gave this 4 stars because nobody has yet figured out how to magically eliminate all bubbles when applying one of these things. Is the Glass Elite worth 3x the price of other alternatives on Amazon? All I can say is our grandkids have the cheaper ones, we have already replaced one set, the second set already has hairline cracks, should I have paid 3x??? Time will tell. ... show more
