I was pretty excited when this fabric came up on special. I love these for making leggings or tops. Unfortunately, I had to send it back. It was a bit thin and the underside was scratchy. The most important thing, however, is that this is a 2 way stretch fabric. Why does this matter? Leggings require 4 way stretch for maximum comfort and durability. Not a bad idea to have that for tops and any other part of a garment where movement will be involved. This would be fab for capes or the more static areas of a garment or accessory.
