I had a shelf just like this one that broke recently (right at the screws on a lower shelf)- different seller but this looks like the exact same quality and structure. This is very easy to assemble - only 3 different styles of boards, all the same hex screws. However, one of the short vertical pieces had this huge sticker on it that did not come off easily - had to scrape and scrub and still had some residue - if it had been on one of the long pieces I might have been able to hide it on an underpart of the shelf, but all the vertical sides are exposed. I am trying not to overload this shelf because it doesn't feel particularly sturdy. It is a perfect fit for the space I wanted it and I enjoy the whimsical look. ... show more

This is a nice set of shelves and exactly what I needed to organize my daughter’s room. Quality is decent. Only complaint I have is that I ordered 2, but each shelf unit shipped from separate locations (and I’m sure they were different manufacturer dates) so the coloring differed slightly. This is exactly what I needed. Perfect height, good shelf depth, and easy to assemble. I’m short so doing it alone was a bit difficult simply because of how tall it is but the instructions were easy to follow.
