We just got these on Wednesday (within 2 hours of placing the order.) First thing I did after taking out of the box is run them through the dishwasher so they were ready for our morning coffee, they held up nicely in the dishwasher. They are double insulated, surprisingly are very light weight and keep the coffee warm for approximately 30 -40 minutes. My partner in crime was impressed with the size, stability and how long it kept his coffee. Overall we are very happy with this product. My only concern is because they are lightweight I am afraid of them breaking if placed down too hard or bang into something else in their proximity but we shall see. Nice enough so far. Comparable to my much more expensive Mikasa set. You do have to be careful with this type of glass. They tend to be more fragile and they can sometimes get water trapped inside the double wall in the dishwasher (which is very hard to get out). I've put a small dot of super glue on the "hole" on the bottom of similar style glasses and it's helped prevent water from getting inside. Only complaint is that these are big. An espresso is usually around an ounce, double around two. These are 5 1/2 ounces (I tested & it's 5 1/2 filled to the very top, absolutely no room left) might be better for a small americano. I got these for making espresso to dump into lattes and leaving the glass on the machine. I wouldn't be serving a guest an espresso in one of these. Would also be good for a guest that just wants a little bit of coffee. ... show more

**Update: Customer service reached out personally and gave some additional insight on the product. They replaced my glasses without any hassle and strongly advised to hand wash the cups. Regardless of the product concern the cups are really pretty and well worth the cost. And again customer service was great! I really enjoyed these mugs initially but less than a year after carefully washing them on the top rack of dishwasher water is getting trapped inside. FYI they are probably not as dishwasher safe as stated. Strongly recommend hand washing or try another product/vendor. ... show more
