I bought this to bring on vacation because I wanted an inexpensive waterproof camera. It was definitely waterproof, and resilient—I used for snorkeling at night with manta rays and managed to get some decent photos. I should have gotten to know the settings better first because I think I could have increased the image size & quality. My daughter says she likes the picture quality, it has games she can play on the go and she can also use it while she is swimming. It seems very fragile though and will easily break if not handled carefully.

My nephews had a blast swimming and jumping in our pool taking video and pictures of each other. The water photos turned out great the regular photo quality look like what you would expect from security camera footage. Camera itself was easy to set up. The filters and the frames are really distracting and make it more complicated for a child to use because it's hard to get back off of them. I think that this camera would have been perfect if it had just been more simple. I can't say much for durability since I returned it soon after opening, but it felt very cheap and more like a plastic fast food toy than a little starter camera. We ended up going with the $39.99 Polaroid waterproof camera they sell at Walmart. It's just a few dollars more but is better made and easy to use compared to this one. ... show more
