The wrench’s that are included are not helpful you will need a size 10mm wrench or socket. Otherwise the trampoline is really great quality. Although it did not come with the stakes or straps but we were not going to use them so we could move our trampoline around our backyard.

The package showed up with NO HARDWARE. All the screws and nuts listed on the product list were missing. There's was an empty bag that was probably supposed to hold all that stuff. Very disappointed!

I like the trampoline. The directions could use a rewrite. Once we completed it, I decided to try it out, noticing this hole in the mat. SO disappointed. The company would not replace the mat, I would have had to return the whole trampoline. ARG. I have no idea what will happen with this hole, or how fast it will expand. With grandkids 5-12 years old, I'm sure it will get larger. ... show more

    • Crappy quality
After two days of an 8yr old , a 6yr old and a 2 yr old jumping on this trampoline 3 of the hooks holding the springs in place have already bent and came off. I'm going to keep an on on it while they still use it but I hope no more do that because the kids will upset at not having a trampoline right after we bought it. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this trampoline. For the price it shouldn't have done that already. I would have bought one at the Walmart but they didn't have any in stock here. Now I'm wishing that I drove over to the next town and bought one because the neighbor has had one from there that was even bigger than this one and it was less money so to say I'm disappointed is very mild. The only nice thing I can say about it is that I put it together myself so one person can do it but it would have been easier with two people but it can be done with one and the safety net is nice. That's the only reason for the two stars instead of one. ... show more
