UPDATE: Their Customer service is awesome and reached out. They have resent a new set of hair. I’m super satisfied with the new hair. I possible had an off batch the first time? I use these as frontals where I have breakage to blend my beaded weft extensions. The hair is soft and VERY FINE, it can tangle pretty easily. Especially if you let it air dry. It styles well and they stay in pretty well though! It can handle pretty high heat. I still like them and keep the plastic applicators to reuse them when I need to move it up.

This was my second time ordering the taped extension. I paid $57 and some change and ordered 3 pr 4 packs. It wasn't enough hair. I looked like I'm wearing a mullet. The tape doesn't last long and the replaceable tape, doesn't have much adhesive. I got the exact same tape it comes with and also went to Sally's beauty shop, but the tape didn't last. I cleaned off the tape that gets stuck on it, and still the new tape doesn't hold. I've had them for about 3 weeks and the next day I lost 6 strands became loose and I tried retaping and putting back in just for the ones around to become loose. I'm not happy with the product and definitely will be trying a different brand.
