I am editing my review to say that I did have an issue with the nano hair extensions but the seller responded to my review almost immediately and refunded my purchase. I am going to try their tape-ins to see how they work out and will update but in the meantime -- I am moving them up to a 4 because they are very responsive and easy to work with. Appreciate it. I've used many types of hair extensions so I know how to handle them. I am gentle and know not to pull on them, treat them roughly etc.. I could not get a brush anywhere near these extensions or they would pull apart and end up attached to the brush. I used around 10 of them so far and every single one of them has broken.

They arrived quickly and I was blown away by the quality. The extensions were soft and lightweight. It doesn’t make your head feel sore or heavy at all, even after wearing them all day. For the price and how affordable these are i was really impressed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a single set of extensions, and I’ve had every kind and every brand you can think of. This is good hair, you just have to take care of it correctly and use the right products on it. I see a lot of negative reviews on Amazon saying that the hair they ordered isn’t good, or it’s fake, etc. but the majority of the time the people who leave those bad reviews aren’t taking the necessary steps to keep their hair extensions in a good state and essentially they ruin them. DO YOUR RESEARCH on how to take care of hair extensions. There are a lot of products that have ingredients in them that will ultimately ruin the hair — always use a heat protectant, don’t shampoo the hair too often, use QUALITY oils, keep the hair brushed, don’t use sulfates or anything that has parabens, and sometimes even just the water that comes out of your shower head or faucet can be too hard for extensions (the softer the water you have, the better it is for hair). This company was an absolute dream as well. Let me just speak on the customer service for a second. I chatted with them and they replied almost immediately, the girl (or whoever I was chatting with, not sure if it was a guy or a girl lol) was HELPFUL. I mean she went out of her way for me. They didn’t have the length and color in stock in the warehouse she was located at, so she called a whole different warehouse and got me the right color and the right length that I needed. And the hair came in like 2 days. I can’t say enough good things about them. Seriously! I love the hair I bought & the customer service was top tier. 10/10

Wow. I just don't even know where to begin, I am so disappointed. I got two types of hair from Amazon, this and the Ugeat brand which is slightly improved quality but still awful. Both brands shed miserably, mat and tangle within only a few days of being installed, both brands are nowhere close to the volume of hair promised and have thin ends with the majority of the hair being shorter than the length ordered. I was so excited to have my pretty long hair back for the first time since an inexperienced cosmetologist ruined my long, healthy, truly virgin natural hair. I'm a single mom and take few opportunities to put money into hair services, and I did not want to spend a whole lot so I shopped for what seemed like a good deal... I have this and one other budget brand installed and both are a disgusting rats nest within 48 hours of being installed, and that is with me meticulously babying these extensions. I detangled very gently from tip to root, slept on a satin pillow case and kept my hair in a loose Platt at night. NO sulfates, parabens, or really any products or heat styling ever took place since it was only in for two days (after an 18 hour install, mind you! I have insanely thick hair!) I can only say that not only is this hair not virgin, it is not Remy either and honestly may not even be human. Seems to be an acid stripped blend with cuticles removed and hair in all sorts of directions, sheds like crazy, and despite taking the most delicate care it becomes tangled even if it is not worn down. I put it in a gentle twist bun off of my shoulders on day two, and expected to take it down and still be tangle free (as even poor quality human hair would be, so long as the cuticles were there and going the same direction) and it was completely tangled. I take 15 minutes gently and carefully brushing it out with a brush especially for this sort of thing, and by the time I finish the last section the first is tangled again. This is on par with the worst synthetic hair I ever wore, and that's insane to me. I remember being told "buy once cry once" meaning you spend more money up front for a quality product, but you spend less altogether because you don't have to pay to replace the "bargain" product that turned out to be a complete waste of money. In this case, it's so much more than the money I lost (since you can't really return installed hair extensions) but also days worth of time for the 2 days of 9 hours each installing, and an enormous emotional hit because now, several hundred dollars into trying to make myself feel pretty and not like a frumpy mom, I look and feel worse than before and wish I had used that money on something else because I certainly won't be bothering investing in any beauty services again, there is clearly no point and i will just have to wait til my kids are grown to try to invest in my appearance again. It is such an embarrassment and shame that any company would be so deceptive to sell fake, trashy hair that sheds like crazy and can't even make it through a week, let alone the 3-6months installation and being able to reuse these for at least a year, which should be the minimum expectation from authentic human hair extensions as long as you know how to care for them properly.

Update - December 2022 Seller did contact me and sent replacement. Think it was bad batch. Even the tips flattened too easily. Replacement looks good so far. Customer service was great. Also think my email to seller was closed by Amazon prior to them contacting me. Amazon asked if I heard from seller and I said no. Think they closed the request. Purchased June 2022. This is a late review. Bought 2 boxes of itip ash blonde 18". Wasn't sure how many itips we would use, lost some hair from COVID. I read mixed reviews about synthetic hair strands mixed in. . The first box was OK but did have synthetic hair mixed in. I recently opened 2nd box and had all itips replaced to lengthen my hair. This box is large ratio of synthetic stands. They curl like synthetic and smell like Barbie hair all the time. The tips collapsed on 1st install by an experienced hair stylist. I contacted company week of Thanksgiving through Amazon and heard nothing back. Amazon did send me an email to ask if company contacted me and resolved the issue. Haven't heard from them at all. I am taking this hair out and guess I will buy elsewhere.
