I am editing my review to say that I did have an issue with the nano hair extensions but the seller responded to my review almost immediately and refunded my purchase. I am going to try their tape-ins to see how they work out and will update but in the meantime -- I am moving them up to a 4 because they are very responsive and easy to work with. Appreciate it. I've used many types of hair extensions so I know how to handle them. I am gentle and know not to pull on them, treat them roughly etc.. I could not get a brush anywhere near these extensions or they would pull apart and end up attached to the brush. I used around 10 of them so far and every single one of them has broken.

At first these looked amazing. I’ve had these in for about a month now and the hair hold up but the keratin glue is iffy. I’ve had to replace quite a few bonds due to slipping and it’s not an upkeep issue. Also, I’ve found strips of thread nestled inside the bonds. Not sure if that’s an accident or if someone is trying to cheat the gram weight by adding fibers in there. Had they not have been gold and purple I may have never noticed! Customer service reached out and really did go above and beyond for me. They sent out new hair and refunded the first set I purchased. I would definitely recommend this company

I purchased these extensions installed them easily, and unfortunately for me, my own hair was too thin to hold onto the extensions. I have bald spots on my head and some extensions are just not the right fit for my own hair. They came soft and long and strong! I loved them very much. The color was beautiful as well. I do better with Clip in Extensions personally. But these could have been the ones for me if my own hair wasn't so spotty!

I loved the hair, it was soft, blended perfectly with my current balayage. I was not happy with the quality of the plastic pull tabs. Probably a quarter of them broke even with gentle pulling. I ended up having to retread the used ones through. However I love the hair. 🩵

They arrived quickly and I was blown away by the quality. The extensions were soft and lightweight. It doesn’t make your head feel sore or heavy at all, even after wearing them all day. For the price and how affordable these are i was really impressed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a single set of extensions, and I’ve had every kind and every brand you can think of. This is good hair, you just have to take care of it correctly and use the right products on it. I see a lot of negative reviews on Amazon saying that the hair they ordered isn’t good, or it’s fake, etc. but the majority of the time the people who leave those bad reviews aren’t taking the necessary steps to keep their hair extensions in a good state and essentially they ruin them. DO YOUR RESEARCH on how to take care of hair extensions. There are a lot of products that have ingredients in them that will ultimately ruin the hair — always use a heat protectant, don’t shampoo the hair too often, use QUALITY oils, keep the hair brushed, don’t use sulfates or anything that has parabens, and sometimes even just the water that comes out of your shower head or faucet can be too hard for extensions (the softer the water you have, the better it is for hair). This company was an absolute dream as well. Let me just speak on the customer service for a second. I chatted with them and they replied almost immediately, the girl (or whoever I was chatting with, not sure if it was a guy or a girl lol) was HELPFUL. I mean she went out of her way for me. They didn’t have the length and color in stock in the warehouse she was located at, so she called a whole different warehouse and got me the right color and the right length that I needed. And the hair came in like 2 days. I can’t say enough good things about them. Seriously! I love the hair I bought & the customer service was top tier. 10/10
