Poorly sewn zipper. For some reason I’m having a hard time to upload the pictures of their poor craftsmanship ship. I don’t recommend. It is easy to fold and roll because it is THIN. With that being said there’s no comfort or support. My dogs beds are made with better quality than this mattress for humans. Nice mattress, fitsy futon frame very nicely. Nice and soft, comfortable. HOWEVER, I am 235lbs, and it's soft enough that after a nice long nap, I can start to barely feel the framing of the futon. Like I said, I'm 235lbs, and I doubt that the are designed for that. I had an extra pillow top topper, and have that on top of the mattress, BIG difference. I played around with different combinations. Best one I found was a piece of 1/4" paneling put on the frame first, then a 3" egg crate foam, the the mattress, then the topper.... I slept very well. It's like laying in a cloud. Almost as good without the egg crate foam as well ... show more

Never really puffed up or filled out after two weeks. It feels very clunky. The filling or whatever it is stuffed with feels like there is a bunch of foam mixed in with pieces of cardboard that are about 1β€œ x 2β€œ throughout the whole thing. I feel them when I’m laying down.
