I have purchased two of these and while I love the concept, both have failed shortly after purchase. Update. Great customer service. They sent me a free new one and I have not had any problems with it.

    • Super helpful to rinse baby's head
When baby (<6 mos) is reclined this is so helpful in rinsing their head. It becomes more challenging when they're sitting because water runs down their face. Only works 100% when fully submerged in water. If it floats around or the water level is not deep enough, the power of the water stream significantly decreases. This does become annoying when trying to bath a baby who's not great at sitting yet and grabbing at everything and moving around. I wish this came with suction cups on the bottom so it won’t float around the tub. Had to buy my own suction cups to use with it. Overall, the item works as described and it makes bath time a breeze. Plus the baby loves the gentle water fall better than us g a pour pitcher

    • Weak Water Flow Make It Almost Useless
I had high hopes for the Yookidoo Baby Bath Shower Head, especially after reading so many glowing reviews, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. From the moment I opened the box, I knew this wasn’t going to go smoothly. The first problem became obvious right away — there were no batteries included. Nowhere on the main product description did it clearly state that you need to purchase separate batteries. For a children’s bath toy that’s supposed to be convenient for parents, this is just poor design and misleading packaging. After running to the store to buy batteries, I finally set up the shower head, only to find that the water flow was pathetically weak. Even with fresh batteries, the pump barely pushes out a gentle drizzle. It’s so slow that rinsing a baby feels impossible. The whole point of this toy is to make bath time easier and more fun, but instead it turns into a frustrating experience. My baby quickly lost interest because the “elephant trunk” spout just drips rather than spraying a steady stream. Overall, I would not recommend this product to any parent. It looks cute in pictures but fails to deliver where it matters most — practicality and ease of use. Best bath “toy” ever. It has lasted us more than 2 years already and our 3 and 1 yr olds love it and laugh every time. Especially when they get to control the water. It’s so easy to use and such a cute design.
