After having my teenage kids taking their cars to the highschool parking lot I discovered that I would be having an awful lot of "dings" to deal with. I purchased this kit with the hope that it would provide all the pieces I might need to deal with the seemingly daily influx of damage to our cars. I looked at a lot of different kits but was impressed by this one because of what seemed to be the full range of tools I might need. The kit arrived faster than promised and the quality seems to be pretty darn good, and I appreciate that they actually seemed to think through the process of repairing a dent when assembling the kit. The inclusion of a small spray bottle was a great touch as while this would not be an expensive additional purchase, it would have been something I would have had to go out and buy... and would have caused me some frustration. Now, I can just put the spray bottle in with the kit (nice little carry-all bag to store things in) so that it is always handy when I decide to use the kit. I do wish there were a few more sticks of adhesive included, but this did have enough to get me started and the adhesive doesn't look to be overly expensive when I need to order more. I tried the kit on a couple of small dents. The results ranged from really impressive to pretty good, somewhat depending on the type of damage and to what part of the car. I suspect that with some practice I will be able to dramatically eliminate the "dings" on our vehicles. I'd have no issue with recommending this kit to others and will update my posting later if I find any significant issues with regard to quality or durability, but at this point, I am very satisfied.

The item works, however, the result on steel body is not expected. I spent 5-6 hours on 3-2 inches dent on the door. The surface will never be smooth if only use this tool. I eventually repaired the dent in body shop. It might work perfectly on plastic part.

This kit seems to have just about everything you need to repair dents (including a spray bottle for alcohol to help release the adhesive). For me the limitation wasn't the tools, but the skill of the technician! However, I had some small/medium dents on vehicles that are decades old. I wanted to make them better and they are not worth spending hundreds of dollars on. If you're willing to pay hundreds of dollars, then get it done professionally. If you're are either skilled or willing to take an adventure to learn then buy this kit. Because I had some dents that were wider than what the metal pulling tool could handle I purchased the kit with the slide hammer however I used both tools for various sized dents. After watching a few YouTube videos I was able to use basic techniques and was happily surprised that some of the dents naturally wanted to pop back into place. The kit includes many tabs of different sizes and shapes depending on the dent you're trying to pull. The hammer and punch tools were helpful when trying to flatting out any areas that may have been overpulled. Overall, I was happy with my result given my lack of experience and the cost of the tools used. Are my results perfect? No. But did I pay hundreds of dollars for the fix? No! It's also nice to have the kit around to help for future dents or friends and family. If you watch YouTube all of the pros seem to have a board with lines that they use to reflect on the finish of the vehicle. This is not included in the kit and would be a worthwhile purchase if you are working to get a professional result. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

I had the urge to be more gentle about pulling the dents out with the orange tool and that just broke one of the pull tabs or slowly peeled the glue after it found it's own weakest point of adhesion. After I started positioning it, tightening it to just be snug, then quickly squeezing to jerk the dent out, it started working great. Still have some of the dent left in a more creased area, but I'm looking forward to trying the long red slide attachment tomorrow, will update review if things go horribly. The only complaint I have is that after a few uses the orange tool started grinding while loosening and tightening, so I took it apart, put some 3-in-1 oil on the threaded rod, and now it's fine. Just remember to be extra careful when taking anything with springs apart, you should already be wearing eye protection while doing this anyway, but don't take them off while doing maintenance.

OK so super skeptical but after about 2 hrs using multiple different heads with just the yellow sticky glue (truly sticks to everything) nearly got a deep dent out to perfect. I did wish it came with the one slide tool which I thought it did but manual silver puller was what did the job. I used 91 percent alcohol to prep and seemed to work every time. The key was giving the glue time to harden and not using as much as you would expect. The tolls have divits and spacing for every type of dent it's mostly guess work seeing which works best. However I am truly satisfied but they could have taped the box as it came opened but all there just thought I was missing that one piece but I may be mistaken as I was looking at 100s

I really wanted to like this product and was excited to try it. I had several small dime sized dings (dents) on my car that I wanted to pull out, but no matter how many times I tried, the adhesive would pop-off and the dents would not budge. I emailed customer support (the box says they're available 24/7, but it took them several days to get back to me. They asked to see a photo of the dents and they replied saying that the product doesn't work on small dents. Duh.... They should have posted a caveat right in the product listing, kind of sketchy, if you ask me. Not really sure this works on large dents either, but I did not try it.
