I love this desk. It gives me room for my work station and my gaming station plus lots of extra space to work with. Instructions were clear but it took a while to assemble correctly. All parts were included and no damage to anything. LED light strip included falls a lot and needs secured.

The box arrived a day early, but it was already pretty banged up. I ended up barely getting it indoors before having to take all the bits out and ferry them upstairs separately. I don't think the whole package would have made it. Fortunately, there did not appear to any damage from shipping, only a small defect on one desk surface I missed until 4/5 of the way through. (I nearly cried. I was *not* taking this thing apart at that point, even assuming I could use that box for a return.) Putting this monster together was simultaneously simple and frustrating. Everything was labeled clearly and the directions were step by step, but there were *so* many steps! The directions worked for the most part, except for the drawer rails. The predrilled holes just weren't there. Having put this behemoth together by myself, I still love it, but I kind of wonder if they put any thought into the cabling that was going to have to happen. On the far left, you'll have the low, tall shelf for a computer tower. In the middle, you have the monitor. That's already a lot of cables that need to be long enough to reach from the tower to the middle desk for the monitor, keyboard, speakers, etc. (It was also too short for my tower, since I had usb slots on the top as well. That's on the PC manufacturer.) But then the in-table plugs are on the right side, with a short cable of its own that doesn't even reach to the end of the desk. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE LED LIGHTS. They were a little too long for the intended shelf. AND they basically just plug straight into the USB port on the in-desk power supply. It's ugly. It's literally a strip of led lights, then the naked four wires into the wiring harness with a short usb cable. So ugly. I also have no idea if they do anything more than turn blue since the battery was dead in the remote, and I don't stock 2025s. Sorry for the ramble. TL;DR: if you're thinking about the nice clean lines of this desk and the beautiful open space on which to work, keep in mind your cabling and power situation. I really, really love this desk for those reasons, but my cabling solutions are wild. Also check your pieces before starting the project. ... show more

I am very happy to add this piece to my computer room. The wood color and feel is very nice and feels sturdy and it is spacious. I never noticed it did not have a keyboard tray though, and that was a little disappointing to find out when I put together. It would be nice also if the monitor rack was a little wider for monitor support. The monitor rack also should have the option to install in any of the 3 table pieces. The electric outlet is working, but not the usb connector/chargers, so my led lights did are not working and I cannot charge my phone with them. I contacted the seller, and they were prompt in offering a competitive discount, which they processed immediately with no hassle. After writing this review, I keep looking around this nice piece of furniture and cannot find anything else that could be an inconvenience or disappointment. Nice purchase. ... show more

The desk itself is good. However, the box weighed over 100 pounds and was damaged upon arrival. The contents were not damaged but smaller pieces were missing. I contacted the manufacturer who replied the items were out of stock but then also said they can’t split up the pieces. Their suggestion was to return for refund or request a replacement. This option would be okay IF I hadn’t already spent a lot of time putting it together with the exception of the drawers (all pieces missing were for the drawer assembly). Was concerned by other reviews that it came in damaged . Mine was fine packaging was good. Desk is great and big as I wanted . Instructions are a little tough ended up building 1 section backwards and had to redo it. There are a lot of screws/parts to put together recommend using powered screw drive with proper bit not the tools provided ... show more

Desk itself is nice. Seems well made and I love the size. Uses Philip head screws which was a big plus since I could use a drill... Couldn't imagine putting a desk together of this size with an Allen wrench. The bad: can't control the lights and they're stuck on red. Tried changing the batteries in the remote and still nothing, so either the remote or the lights are bad. Contacted the manufacturer and they've been a pain to try to get in touch with and when I finally heard something back they told me they don't stock either of the parts and to return the desk. I didn't spend hours putting it together and setting it up to take it all apart again and finding a way to return this behemoth over some LEDs. It also mentions an app to control the lights but that's a lie. Thankfully Amazon customer service gave me a resolution. Tldr: overall pretty satisfied with the desk, just don't expect much out of the LEDs or the companies customer service. ... show more

It was delivered and of course, the boxes were pretty beat up. Assembly was pretty straightforward however, it needed the metal pieces for the hanging files. They were missing. Contacted the company and they could not send me the missing pieces, however, they did refund some of the cost to make it right. ... show more
