I love the tree. It did come without the ability to switch light modes, was missing part of the cord that allows you to change settings, turn off-on without unplugging. I contacted the seller, and they were quick with response & sent me another cord set that worked to get some light options, but not all. I would still give them a great review for their quick response & solved the problem to the best of their ability since the tree is now sold out & they somehow found a cord that works, at least partially. It was very easy to assemble and fluff the branches. The lights worked well. It was just the size I needed. I did cheat and added angel lights also. I love the colors.

This was a great purchase! Went up easy, perfect size for small space! The white comes off while decorating but it cleans up easy with a vacuum. I’d definitely recommend for a small area!

I bought the white with red berries Arctic Fir Pencil Tree. The tree is overall good and looks great and adds to the festive season. Only thing is the white fluff fell out a lot at the beginning when I was assembling the tree. It reduced after the one time assembly but it still comes off. I was expecting it to be full as shown in the photos, however it is a much skinnier tree. Best photo shown is the photo that shows the 3 part assemble. Over all, it is a pretty tree, lights are nice.
