This product is very well made and sturdy. However, the instructions are useless. Also, one of the supporting brackets that attaches to the main plastic seat needed a slight modification. On one side of the supporting bracket the holes didn’t align, so I had to use a drill and drill bit to correct the misalignment. No big deal. I love this little seat! I'm unable to sit on the floor and this seat gets me close enough to work on electrical outlets and other close-to-the-ground projects while still being comfortable, being able to keep all the things I need nearby, and be able to move side-to-side without getting up! It originally came with the incorrect assembly instructions, but the company responded quickly with a pdf of the correct ones.
