I bought this because of the thickness of the arms that support the foldout table. The table is awesome, but it can pinch your fingers if you lift the table from the middle. The smaller “support table” can wedge your hand against the surface you’re lifting up on. Despite my minor concerns with this table, the price is more than fair for the quality. This table is HEAVY. I didn't realize when I ordered it, but the box arrived with a machine lift warning aka don't pick it up by yourself. It took nearly 3 hours to put together. There are a ton of tiny screws that were really difficult to install and the mechanism to lift the top does get stuck and needs to be carefully wiggled to close it correctly. It looks beautiful and adds a lot of extra table space when extended but I probably would not purchase again due to the weight and difficulty to build. ... show more

It is very versatile, sturdy and doesn't look cheap. It took us approx 2.5 hours to build it but it was much more straight forward than anticipated. The lift system works really great and is already pre-assembled. The table is very well made. I was so thankful it came with all the tools and supplies I needed to put it together! It’s made of very nice wood/material and the instructions on how to put it together were easy to follow. The mechanism to pull/hold the table up is also really cool because when you go to put it back down, you don’t have to hold onto it so it doesn’t slam. It has a gentle catch so when you go to lower it, it will catch and then lower it gently and slowly on its own. Very nice!!! Everyone who comes to my apartment LOVES this table! I did have trouble locating my package due to the package being dropped off at a different apartment than mine, but when I reached out to the company about it, they were extremely nice and helpful! Thankfully I was able to locate it after looking down the halls of different floors of my apartment building. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend! ... show more

I was thinking this was going to be another 1000 piece puzzle that you can barely move without it falling apart. It is a 1000 piece puzzle which took about an hour and a half to build, but it is made better than any DIY furniture I have ever paid for. Not one single bit of wobble at all. All the hardware including the main hinges is 10 times more solid than I could have guessed. Even the twist lock screws have plastic inserts which hold insanely strong compared to the fiberboard that is in every other piece of furniture like this. The locking cams are strong as I've ever seen them. It is also very heavy, which is a good thing, and looks just as advertised. Would recommend, and would buy again. ... show more
