This was surprisingly easy to put together, with one notable exception. The device used to support the top when it is raised to a slant came with only one hole drilled in the metal part, rather than 2. Since I didn’t plan to use it in a slanted position, I simply omitted that part from the installation, but it would be a bummer if you wanted to use it that way. You could drill the hole yourself if you have the tools (including eye protection), but I chose not to bother under the circumstances. Otherwise, all parts were there, plus extra screws, and all holes were correctly drilled within a pretty small tolerance. My son is enjoying using it for his laptop and snacks/drinks while relaxing. It's a good size, nice and sturdy. One thread out of the whole thing seemed a little off but the screw went in eventually. Incredibly handy, I use it without the wheels as a table going under my main desk.

It’s my “left hand man.” It sits perpendicular to my custom library table (long) desk and provides a perfect “corner surface” to lay out paper reference documents, files and books in support of ongoing research and study sitting straight-up in front of me. The unit takes time and attention to assemble, but this is offset by precision parts and hardware supplied. Even so, I would say a person should have more than passing experience in using tools and following assembly directions.
