This table supposedly ships in two boxes. I say “supposedly” because the 2nd box (the one with all the hardware & the base so the table can actually be assembled) never arrived. I was told by Amazon “contact the manufacturer!” When I did, I was told by the manufacturer, “contact Amazon!” Then Amazon said “it’s late—it’ll be there on Monday!” When it didn’t arrive, I was told, “don’t worry, it’ll be there on Friday!” I given a tracking # that, as it turned out, didn’t seem to exist in Amazon’s system. Through it all, the manufacturer said, “hope it eventually works out for you!” A week later, I’d spent more time & effort trying to solve the problem than either Amazon or the manufacturer. If they don’t care, why should I? My advice: save the box & don’t waste your time asking Amazon or the manufacturer for assistance if there’s a problem. They’ll be polite & pleasant, but basically give you the brush-off.

Not cut right! When I’m trying to assemble the legs for the tables, the holes don’t line up because the pieces were not cut correctly. So now when I try to attach the leg to the bottom of the table, I can’t. 3 out of the 4 legs lined up but with how heavy the table is, having all 4 is important. This is after a couple of hours already putting together all the chairs. This is a lot of money for cuts to be off
