Ties ..the velcro around the poles broke loose from the plastic and also the buckle that holds the door up came un stitched within the 1st month..but other than that it's seems ok for now we will see in 6 months

The product is just as described and was reasonably priced. I do have a complaint -- not about the product or the price. My complaint is about the delivery of it. The driver left the box on the ground at the bottom of my long driveway, on a road that leads to five other properties. Anyone could have come by and picked it up. We wouldn't have seen.
