I have purchased 100's of items from Amazon, this is the first time i feel inspired to write a review. The electric fly swatter is everything they say it is. Our home is undergoing a remodel and some of the temporary walls have let some flies, mosquitoes and/or gnats in (South Florida, go figure). Anyway, it is a breeze to zap away these pests as they fly by. It's been a week and we are still on the first battery charge. You can hold the racket in the air near the flying insect and they usually just fly right into it and ZAP! Or let them land and place the racket over them, wait for it (maybe 10 seconds) and ZAP! It's actually fun and satisfying to hear them explode. The good news is there are no more insects flying around. The bad news is I don't have anymore of them to ZAP! If you have flying insects, be sure to buy one of these, you won't be sorry.

This great for killing pets inside. The safety mechanism is great especially if younger kids are around. Made well and lightweight. The Zap isn't real loud but you know when you get something.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome! Usbc charging (c to c works fine) so no extra cables. Always fun in swatter mode but when you’re feeling lazy you can just hang it in “always on” mode and it works just like a UV bug zapper!

If you have those little gnats, get one of these. Mine colonized my plants, so I got some food grade diatomaceous earth to layer on top of the soil, and put those sticky things in the planters - got a ton of them that way. The occasional holdouts are getting zapped!

I'm one of those people who will attract every mosquito in the tri-state area. People don't take me to outdoor events just for my pleasant company. They take me because they won't need to deal with mosquitos. Meanwhile I'm trying to not die of Malaria or blood loss. I am now the doom of the mosquito realm. They speak of the devestation in whispers. Mosquito mother's tell their spawn to behave or the Great Zapper will come take them away. My neighbors are scared too. But that's probably because they saw me running around the backyard like I lost my mind.. I may possibly have been cackling and waving my new anti-bite weapon with great joy. So yes, it seems to work well. It's easy (and fun) to use. The battery seems to do fairly well. I like the design as the handle twists to be more compact and the wrist strap is great. Seems pretty good for the price. Overall, I like it.

I was hoping to be able to kill the flies that fly around in circles on my patio, but it is too difficult to swat them. So, if you are buying this for indoors, I think it works well, but not for outdoor use.
