been using this on and off for years. its SO good. i've gained a lot of weight and pulled this out again. i'm currently 195, and 5'9" the large still fits amazing. i was like 175 when i got this. it's still so comfortable. i've worn it around work or when just running errands under my clothes. i've used it on bare skin before but lately been using it with Castro oil and plastic wrap. its really good quality. Yasssssss‼️ Honey, that waist is SNATCHED 😘😏.. Wore it as soon as it arrived (before the expected delivery date I might add) I thought I may need a bigger size, but I was wrong. The inside is super soft. I barely noticed I have it on. I purchased this cincher after watching a few YouTube reviews; and after spending hundreds of dollars on waist trainers that did absolutely NOTHING to my waist and were very uncomfortable--I'm mad I just found this beautiful product it would've saved me a lot of money. I honestly thought because it was so cheap it was going to be like all the rest, but, I'm sitting straighter, my waist is so tiny yet, I can still breath. I had a cincher on at work that was SO uncomfortable I had to go into the women's stall and take it off! It was the most uncomfortable waist trainer out of all my other ones.. So I expected this product to do the same but I am so happy that I was WRONG😍 . I have a few family/friends who would LOVE LOVE LOVE this. Christmas is coming up..I already have two people crossed off my list. I'm getting them this. Yes‼️‼️‼️ I would definitely recommend. Make sure you get the correct size because it doesn't stretch. The corset also isn't really made for people with short torso such as myself (I'm 5'0) this is more for long torsos. It rolls up at the bottom a little of bit. It also leaves a little back roll. which I'm hoping goes away eventually. Despite it's flaws I'd still recommend & I still LOVE. The 4 stars is for it being a bit too long for me but I still love what it does to my waist.

I have been waist training for over 8 years and have use many different brands. I have a couple of waist trainers and they never disappoint. This waist trainer is one of the most comfortable I have ordered from Amazon. There is no boning, so nothing feels like it biding you, but it does snatch you up. I feel they run a little big; I used the size guide and I provably could have sized down as I’m on the third set of hooks. But this will be perfect for working out. Definitely recommend. Update: Almost a year later and this is still one of my favorite waist trainers. It is one of the most comfortable ones I have. Because there isn’t any boning, makes it great for the gym. After a year, I have actually went from an Xl to a medium. But that does include working out and adjusting my eating habits. This trainer assists with the shaping.

When I saw this waist training I thought it looked gimmicky. I did not think it would change my waistline very much but decided to buy it and see for myself. It has enough resistance that putting it on was difficult at first. I almost zipped some skin the first try. After several uses it became mush easier to put on, stretching a small amount. It does push in on my bra-line although I have a long torso. I wear this to work 5 days a week. I have been doing this for 3 weeks. The first week I wore it several hours in the morning and took it off after lunch. I have a physical job where I bend, kneel, etc often. I have washed this item once because of heavy sweating the first week. Now week 3 a rib is beginning to poke through the latex at the bottom. Frankly, I think the rib started poking through due to me sitting at my desk and not while working in the field, I noticed it was bothering me while sitting for several days. I would like to think my tailor can do something to fix it but I had hoped it would hold up better since most women wear these for working out and daily use. One the positives it does a great job slimming my torso. At the end of the day my skin is so happy to be out of it though I have trouble wanting to put on my corset which I like to wear all evening. If I were wearing this just to look hot from time to time I may have given this 5 stars but since I expected daily use and long lasting performance I have given 3 stars. Update: What can I say I am fat and cheap so I thought I would give this product another shot... Well two. I purchases another black waist compression and a nude. The Nude arrived with one of the closures not sewn in place. I thought I would take it to the tailor and make due. The black was intact so I put it on and in doing to the stitching on a closure ripped free. Now I have two training to take to the tailor before I can wear them at all. I must be a total idiot to have bought any more of these!
