I ordered a medium! At first I thought it was too small and I should have sized up but once I got in it, I was pleased! I’m 5’7 and I weight 150lbs! It is tight but I like the way it feels and I’m planning on my waist being thinner so it shouldn’t be too big! I just received it yesterday and today I’ve worn it for 4 hours so far! It keeps my posture perfect! I can workout in it just fine! It stretches with my body movements! It’s well made, very strong material! I’ve had waist trainers before but they’ve never been this well made! I have a big unflattering belly that just won’t go away. I hope this waist trainer shapes me and makes the protruding belly go away! I honestly don’t want to take it off!

Sizes are true to size. I bought a 3x because I have a 40” natural waistline. My waist size is 45” at the bellybutton. This fits perfectly and is easy to put on. I enjoy the straps so I can tighten the faja more. It comes down low enough to cover lower abdomen which is where I need help also with my apron belly due to five c-sections. The extra strap compression is great.

I bought this over a year ago but only now leaving a review. This waist trainer is very comfortable and fits well pulling in all lose areas in the waist. Instantly gives a slimmer waist. I have not been using it consistently like I should but now I think I am a little smaller so looking to now a smaller size. This is actually what pulled me back here to leave a review. Definitely worth the money.

I wholly hated this thing. I bought an XL based on the measurements they posted. First thing I hated was the fact that the “boning” was that horrible flexible plastic that offers no support (I had bought this in hopes I could wear it at my desk to help me sit up to reduce lower back issues) Second thing I loathed was the hook/eye closures. This whole thing is black. Including the 4 sets of hook/eye closures you can to secure before you can even zip up this thing. It took me 10 minutes trying to get them all properly hooked and even then some didn’t catch so I skipped them thinking it would be fine. WRONG. When I tried to zip it up the zipper didn’t catch right so it caught about 3” from the bottom and I couldn’t move it up or down. The zipper had busted open from the bottom. Thought I could just zip it all the way up and then move it back down. WRONG AGAIN. I struggled for 5-7 minutes trying to get the darn thing zipped up all while trying not to panic. I finally got it to the top after thinking the zipper was gonna break. Great! I thought that was the hard part and going back down would be fine, boy was I wrong again. Took me another 3-5 minutes to get it down. I wanted the thing off me NOW but of course those freaking hook/eye closures wouldn’t come off. When I finally freed myself from this black sweaty trap and tossed it across the room and swore it was being returned immediately. The next day I thought I would give it another go. I managed to get all the hook/eyes closed (absolutely key), got the zipper up (still with some struggle) and wrapped the “arms” on the Velcro. Sat at my desk and was instantly upset that it offered NO support what so ever for my back. It was extremely uncomfortable. Took forever to get off again. Shoved back in the bag and set up the return immediately. I do not recommend this product for anyone who is a little “larger” (I wear a size 12 in jeans and medium/large in shirts so by no means a super curvy woman) as it will be more of a struggle than it’s worth.

Size up 2 sizes!!! My waist measures on their chart at a 26 so I went ahead and ordered a medium because there was a lot of recent reviews that said order your original size...do not trust those! Order 2 sizes up because this does not have any stretch! I had to squish the life out of me to get it on the last hook and I about passed out after wearing it for 20 minutes. It's really good quality! It does crease when sitting down, and it's very long so you have to have a long torso to wear it. I will say ive had A c-section and it provides very good support when wearing it little lower. There is a spot where your back fat will squeeze out by your bra, but I'm assuming with a larger size that won't happen. I will update this review after I get the correct sizing :)

It just got to my door step this morning and I’ve been wearing it all day.It does exactly what I wanted it to. The support, the material, the “stretchiness”. It is all great quality. This is my first waist trainer in all my 29 years lol. I got a size medium (but usually wear a L if I want to be comfortable) and am very glad that I did, but it was ALMOST too small 😓 It grabbed E V E R Y T H I N G and compacted it in to this little body I hope to one day have lol 😂 I got it on the first hooks, and after some fandangling, was able to zip it. But it wouldn’t have been completely horrible if I couldn’t zip it, the straps help cover most of the mid section. Over all I’m really happy about it. I’m 5’3, 180 lbs, and am beginning my weight loss journey. This waist trainer has definitely given me some motivation in jump stating it. I know it’s just the 1st day so I’ll do my best to remember to come back and update.
