The item was well packaged. Every tool you need comes with the bike. Easy steps, Im in my 50's, and this bike was easy to assemble. Amazon shows the video step by step. Everything snaps together easily. Love that the seat is adjustable for height. My 2-year-old loves the way it is built for her long legs. We tried a big wheel and her legs had problems with hitting the steering wheel as she pedaled. We didn't have that trouble with this bike. Thank you. I absolutely love this bike . It is lightweight and easy to put together. My favorite is that it folds up so you can easily take it in your trunk to the park even riding inside the house. I love this little bike.

The media could not be loaded. It's a sturdy & well made bike. I just think the pedals are too forward from the seat that my son doesn't hace much control to pedal. You would think it's bc he's too short, but my son is actually tall for his age(2) & if he was any taller(at a decent height to comfortably pedal), his legs would then hit the handle bar. Also, when it is in balance bike mode, the back bars holding the wheels block his movement so he keeps hitting the back of his legs on it. Not a comfortable riding experience I'd say. This was a Christmas gift for my 2 year old son and he absolutely loves it. The foot petals just snap in and out and the back wheels turn into 1 with a push of a button. Very well built and easy to put together. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.
