I’m not a YETI diehard but the several I have are solid and reliable. This little coffee cup is no different. It’s very solidly built including the lid. I really like the magnet slide function of the closure which makes it splash resistant (but not leak proof). The 8 oz size is perfect for those who don’t want to carry a carafe around. I prefer to drink several smaller cups in the morning. It’s an overbuilt little tank, it looks cool, and functions like it should. What more could you ask of a coffee mug! ... show more

I love the size, color, and heat retention. However, I wish that Yeti would make a lid for this that doesn’t leak. The magnetic lids don’t work well for people who are traveling, even just from home to the car. I do wish I could put this in my travel bag like I have with other cups that seal properly. Yeti one of a few companies that make this size, which is perfect for a double espresso wirh cream. They just need to step up their game with a properly sealing lid. ... show more

The cup is great for a morning espresso in terms of sizing and its ability to keep it warm. However, im shocked at how bad of a job the lid does at stopping spilling. I put it in my lunch bag to bring it to work, and did a good job of keeping the bag upright the entire time, but when i get to work, the entire inside of my bag is coated with coffee as if i left the lid open (It was closed). Kind of disappointed in that, but otherwise it works as intended. I just expect for the exorbitant price of a yeti that they could design a lid that doesn't leak.
