I’m not a YETI diehard but the several I have are solid and reliable. This little coffee cup is no different. It’s very solidly built including the lid. I really like the magnet slide function of the closure which makes it splash resistant (but not leak proof). The 8 oz size is perfect for those who don’t want to carry a carafe around. I prefer to drink several smaller cups in the morning. It’s an overbuilt little tank, it looks cool, and functions like it should. What more could you ask of a coffee mug! ... show more

The Mag Slider top has a great feature: you can remove the slider to clean underneath. This cup feels great in hand, is a good size and is heavier than others that are similar. We liked it so much that we purchased the 6 ounce mini mugs. Lids for the 8 ounce cup fit the mini mugs. Highly recommend.

I love the size, color, and heat retention. However, I wish that Yeti would make a lid for this that doesn’t leak. The magnetic lids don’t work well for people who are traveling, even just from home to the car. I do wish I could put this in my travel bag like I have with other cups that seal properly.
