The straw cap is great for drinking and for keeping the liquid where it belongs. The bottle opening is wide enough to clean and is great for getting ice inside. Great thermos for those on the go. Ice stays cold for long periods of time and it seals up nicely. I’ve had no issues with leaking so I’m comfortable just tossing it in my bag, which is good because it doesn’t fit in my CRVs cup holder. Like my title says, this bottle is great and it fills the role I needed it for. I already had a Yeti bottle with a chug cap that started to get banged up, but the main reason I wanted this is because I'm a college student and sometimes unscrewing the chug cap and drinking is loud, and I don't want to make a ton of noise in class. It definitely does exactly what I need it to do, I can fold out the straw nice and quiet and take some sips of water whenever I want, virtually silently. The ONLY downside I've noticed is that the bottle with the straw doesn't stay cold as long as my bottle with the chug cap, but I'm assuming this is due to the extra parts; the folding straw and all the extra gaps that brings for heat to transfer. I also noticed this bottle sometimes leaks a bit around the straw area if you shake it around too much. Not a major leak, but definitely not a perfect seal, it's more like a little moisture around the edges where the straw rotates, but never really enough to make a water drop. Overall a fantastic bottle with very minor negatives. If I rated the chug cap version a 100% this would get a 95%. ... show more
