Great cup to add to our collection. Seems to keep beverages colder than previous Yeti’s. Be advised the lid is different and will not fit some previous Yeti cups. It threads on, instead of a press fit. Sliding stopper is more robust, preventing leaks. You may have to press downwards before sliding it open. Love the integrated handle.

Like every other yeti product, high quality. Only downside is the handle it a little small on it. I wish i could put more than 3 fingers inside handle. It is comfortable to hold, and keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks warm. Also kind of wish the lid was a push on type in place of the screw on type, but that to me is not a deal breaker. Color I got was "rescue red" and it is almost like a fire engine red. Love the color, and I use my yeti almost everyday. Coating on it is tough and durable for a machine shop environment, and it has not been damaged or cracked after months of abuse. Dishwasher safe, and stainless interior are very nicely made, with no rust or any other signs of wear. If I could have a whole set of yeti cups, plates, bowls, I would buy instantly. Only downside, is the mug I bought is a little pricey, but it is durable and will last a very very long time, which is worth the investment to me. The included photo is after 5 months of abuse.

We enjoy family traveling, picnics, camping, and other adventures that generally require packing and keeping foods both hot and cold. We were introduced to Yeti products some 10 years ago and we were instantly hooked. Plain and simple, Yeti makes fundamentally different, absolutely dependable, and extremely functional insulated coolers, growlers, mugs, drinking jugs, and related containers that are just perfect for tasks at hand. If you need to pack food or drinks and keep them hot, cold, or warm, Yeti will get the job done. If you need hard- or soft-sided coolers that don't leak, just look to Yeti. Ditto with this rambler that serves as a 20 ounce travel coffee mug and fits nicely into the cup holder of your vehicle. This innovative coffee mug is made of high quality, food grade stainless steel. It is double-insulated to keep your drink hot or cold, as you prefer. The finish is impeccable and the double insulation ensures that there is no external condensation that beads up on the outside of your rambler. You look to Yeti for innovation and this rambler features a one-of-a-kind lid. The lid features a sliding plastic strip that you slide forward or backward to uncover or cover up the opening in the lid to access your beverage for a drink. To ensure that there will be no accidental leakage or spills, that slider uses a magnet to be held in place and to keep that area of the lid water-tight. To access the drinking hole, you press down on the strip to disengage the magnet and slide the strip forward. Once you've had your gulp, you simply slide the slider back to cover the hole. If you do not depress the slider, it will not slide open. As long as you slide it back shut after your drink, it will not spill, even if you somehow drop or tilt over the rambler. It is not complicated and takes 1/2 of a second. Brilliant. Sure, you can go to a big box retailer and buy cheap knock-offs for dollars less, but the contents will go tepid in short order. Over the long run, you will find this Yeti Rambler travel coffee mug to be not only an exceptional product but an economical one, as well.

I looked for the best commuter mug and this was it. It keeps the contents warm (or cool, probably) for a long time, it's sturdily made of stainless steel, the lid seals pretty well (it IS NOT secure enough to prevent spilling of a tipped over full mug), and it can supposedly be washed in a dish washer (I haven't tried that, and won't). The main drawback of this mug is its price; it costs more than any other travel mug that I've seen. I purchased it on sale, but it was only 20% off and still too expensive. I just am tired of replacing broken, old commuter mugs that perform more poorly than this one in all aspects. I'm hoping it lasts a very long time. Only time will tell.

This cup keeps ice all day long, being made with stainless steel means that it will last for ever and will clean up easily. Never worry about tasting anything weird. Get refills at you favorite convenience store and save money. Now that I hit all of the suggested ideas, I just want to say that Yeti really does make a fantastic product. I've had one for several years with no issues. Just get an extra lid so you can take it a part and clean it well. You'll be very happy with the cup if you decide to purchase it.
