I was not satisfied with this yeti cooler. It began sweating right away and for 2 days. It sweated and put water all over the back seat of my car. I returned it and still have not received any credit whatsoever for the return. Unfortunately it's impossible to contact anybody at Amazon to discuss this. Now I am out $250 for cooler that I don't like. I don't understand why there's no customer contact at Amazon for me to resolve this issue. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars through Amazon and I have zero ability to speak to anyone. I cannot believe I can't even claim a dispute r even communicate with someone for two weeks!! This is ridiculuous!!! The UPS store takes no responsibility. My status shows that it hasn't been dropped off. I have a receipt for the drop-off. ... show more
