I splurged on this during Prime days and got a nice buy. I like the size for wine bottles and the soft case makes it light. I love the backpack feature. I cycle and can see myself trusting perishables in this for a ride. Tested in a hot car in 95 degree temps for hours. Food still ice cold. I got it to retain ice for over 24 hours. It'll be perfect for a beach trip, or carrying goodies to a pot luck. I had other coolers for years that I didn't use because the food never stayed fresh. They have now been donated. I travel a lot for work and have preferred a backpack cooler because it keeps my hands free. When my RTIC coolers zipper broke I decided to go Yeti. Since most of the time it’s just sitting in a hotel room I didn’t do an extreme test just regular room temperature. After 24 hours it’s still had a good amount of ice and the remain water was at 32 degrees. I included a photo at the end of 24 hours. Great performance. Love the magnet seal. Couldn’t be happier. After a few weeks. I see it has a slight flaw. The clips that hold the top closed should not be static, you should be able to cinch them down for tighter fit. The bag is really nice. I have not used it yet (July 2025). When you get this bag it is important to let it air out. It smells really strong of chemicals, that is the only reason for removing one star. Once that is done it is great. The seams and straps seem to be very sturdy and the closing system at the top is secure with both the magnets and the buckles.
