Yes the zipper is kinda stiff so I get a firm grip before I start pulling on it lol. Is it worth the money? If it lasts at least 5 years with no issues, I’d say yes. Husband loves it, he can fit quite a bit in his lunch box only thing he wants added to it is side pockets but other than that he has no complaints he works 10 hour days and his yeti Ice pack stays cold

Nice coolers - a few things to note. No outside pocket for phone etc. And the thing that looks like a chap stick tube inside is to grease the zipper so it glides easier. Got these as gifts for my kids for xmas. They will last a long time.

    • Keeps cold and doesn't leak, but at the expense of the zipper

Does great at it's job, but the zipper is a huge pain to open. I completely understand that this is necessary to keep things from leaking and keep things cold, but I'm afraid it's going to break with how hard you have to pull the zipper to move it along.
