I love this cooler. I use it everyday for work. The only flaw is the zipper is extremely difficult to open and close, even with the wax provided. The tab on the zipper says “PULL HARD” and they aren’t kidding. With recent frozen shoulder issues, it has been challenging. Otherwise worth the $
