First impression, this helmet is amazing! Light weight, fits like a glove, amazing quick release strap, and no mushroom head! Best helmet I've owned in over 15 years of riding and probably10 helmets bought or used. I do have to question the DOT certification though, yes it has the decal, but can something this thin and lightweight really meet the stringent DOT requirements? I don't know but it is so amazing I don't care. I love the helmet and will be wearing it daily! ... show more

    • It really is less mushroomy than other helmets.

Its my second helmet. First one was mushroomy. This one isn't. It's comfortable too. I wear mine for riding a moped. I'm not sure if I would feel protected enough wearing this on a real motorcycle, especially for highway conditions or spirited riding.
