As someone who has been riding motorcycles for a long time, I didn't realize how much of a difference a good balaclava could make until I started using these. On cooler days, it helps block the wind and keeps me much more comfortable, making longer rides far more enjoyable. Instead of arriving cold and stiff, I stay warmer and focused on the ride. On hot days, it's just as impressive. The material is very thin, lightweight, and breathable. It wicks away sweat and helps keep my helmet from feeling hot and uncomfortable. One thing I really like is that it doesn't add any noticeable bulk under my helmet. It fits comfortably without making the helmet feel tighter. The stretchy fabric also allows it to be worn several different ways depending on the weather and your preference. I work as a regional sales representative and travel to multiple locations across Michigan, often riding my motorcycle to work. These have made those longer rides much more comfortable regardless of the temperature, and because of that, I find myself riding more often. The quality is excellent, they're comfortable for all-day wear, and they've become a regular part of my riding gear. I’m not a fan if how thin it is, but that wasn't my issue. If you are a person with big hair this is not for you. It does not stretch well enough. It does keep your face warm, definitely good against the wind. Just wish it would fit better.
