The very first steps did not make sense in the instruction manual! We were left to figure it out on our own because there was no contact phone number to even reach them had to call Amazon who also had no contact phone number for them would not recommend purchasing!!

this TV stand was the perfect gray that I was looking for my living room and to assemble it was really really easy. Only one person put it together and can I just say that the instructions were clear and the finished product was worth it.

The directions are vague and useless. The holes didn't match up and therefore I was unable to put the stand together. Shipping coast is deducted from your refund and you better not throw the box away. If you want to return you have to pack and label the item yourself which is rare for Amazon items. I originally requested for ups pick up since this is a large item. The return directions stated it would be picked up between 10:30am and 9pm. I worked an overnight shift and set my alarm for 10am. When I woke up I found a return label on my door because the driver came at 8:30am. Therefore I was forced to carry the stand to my car and lug to the ups store myself. Like the title says, I highly recommend that NO ONE buy this product. The pre-drilled holes were too deep so the pegs would fall out and many sections did not align correctly. Only half the pieces were marked/numbered and it was extremely heavy which added to the frustration of trying to build it. In the end, I was not able to put it together due to the issues with the pegs/holes making the product unstable and not safe to use. I now have to go out and buy more supplies to attempt to make this safe/usable. Save your money and do NOT buy this. ... show more
