    • Good for beginners with sublimation knowldge
I think the idea of a 3D vacuum press is fantastic but this press feels a bit flimsy. I think it is a good product for starters into sublimation as long as you have prior knowledge of how to sublimate. There really aren't clear instructions on set up or adjusting. I've watched videos on YouTube as well as a "Training DVD" provided in the box which shows you more on what to do vs. How to actually do it. I was disappointed to find that a 15 oz. mug will not fit into the press as well. If you're looking to sublimate anything larger than an 11 oz. mug, I would recommend purchasing a convection oven instead. The instructions have recommended heat and time settings, however none of them had proven to be true. I'm still trying to alter these settings to get a clear photo on rock slates and glass. This depends on brands and sizes of blanks of course. ... show more
