Like - Heavy duty, well built, well packaged, comfortable, many features. Be aware that unit with ottoman is fairly heavy at just under 50 lbs. Improvable - Instructions. You must pay very close attention to details to determine proper part placement such as hole placement, rounded corners, and recessed holes for phillips head screws on some parts. Be aware that slotted metal bracket goes on OUTSIDE edge of top of front legs. If placed on inside edge adjustable back will not lock. Suggestions - I used the shipping box laid flat to work on. Two drills or powered screw drivers with correct phillips and allen wrench bits are helpful but not necessary. Stop power tool before completing and finish with hand tools to preclude stripping out hole. If socket set is available use to hold nuts in place rather than supplied wrench, just holds better. Use one of Styrofoam forms that looks like a tray about 24" x 6", cut open the small parts bags and lay them alphabetically. Lay out the bigger parts alphabetically - saves a bunch of 'looking for' time. Recommend two people when attaching back to base, can be one, two better. Takes about 90 minutes a chair. Good luck!

I love this product best outdoor chairs Ever i’ve had Adirondack chairs in the past and they were normally wooden. The paint will peel off that period of time or rub off on your clothing, did not have a retractable leg rest or ottoman. The cupholders are amazing and it was super easy to put together. I bought two of these chairs to use next to his swimming pool. They replaced his flimsy plastic ones. These chairs are heavy - are not easily moved - and definitely not going to blow over in a wind storm.

This chair is incredibly sturdy and I doubt it is ever going to blow away on my deck. The instructions were mostly clear, just remember to put the washers (gaskets in the manual) in between the pieces of the chair to prevent rubbing. Having a power drill definitely helps speed up the assembly, as I was able to put this together by myself. There is one notable design flaw, and that is in regards to the cup holders. Due to the friction between the materials, opening and closing the cup holders causes them to loosen repeatedly. I am uncertain if another set of washers between either the bottom top of the cup holder would aid in resolving this. All in all, great chair, would buy again, just hope the manufacturer makes some small design changes in the next interation.

Product is quite well made...except when assembled the adjustable back would not lock securely into the 2 most upright positions (where you probably most want to use it). The material, high density polyethylene, is very heavy, so moving the back position or the chair itself, takes strength. It took me considerable time to assemble this, only to discover the above issue. It came w. a card promising 24-hour email response. After 3-days I contacted Yefu again then got an email claiming they did respond (not true). And instead of offering input from my report and 6 photos, they asked me to provide a video. I'm now familiar w the Chinese product runaround, so I just submitted for a return. The instructions called for me to disassemble the chair then return it in the original packaging. It took me over an hour and I actually had to cut a bolt whose locknut could not be removed. And there was no way I could fit the heavy/bulky items back in the boxes as was packed by the factory. So I had to use another box I had to put the bulging original box in. And it was so heavy I had to use my SUV to move it from my patio to the front door for pickup. I will not buy another high density plastic furniture product on the chance that it is defective and I have to waste my life disassembling and repacking for a deadbeat seller. I'd recommend buying wooden products, especially if they require little or no assembly. This experience was a huge hassle I hope never to repeat.

You never know what you are going to get when ordering online….but I’m very happy with this purchase!!!! Excellent quality. Only downfall is seat is not very wide so the chair wouldn’t work well for wider bottoms. Overall I would highly recommend!

Overall, good quality. My problem, and it's a big one, the back doesn't adjust. I can' lift the armrests and adjust the back. I watched a video where it looked so easy for them to adjust to recline. I've gone over the instructions multiple times and video instructions, I'm convinced it's put together properly. Any suggestions, or better instructions would be helpful.
