    • A little finicky, but a great way to install ditch lights with no drilling or bolting.

I bought these to install a set of ditch lights on quick disconnects so that I could pull them off when not needed. Call me crazy, but I don't need the overland look when I'm not actually camping or on a trip. The mounts worked as expected with very little adjustment and I found them easy to dial in. They clip on both the driver and passenger side hood of my Subaru Ascent with 3 small set screws using an allen key and I can install or remove them in about 5 minutes. 4 stars because I do not believe them to be a bombproof option for folks who like to drive fast on bumpy dirt roads, and I am not sure how long they would stay secured if you don't keep an eye on them and retighten the set screws. However, they work great for what I need and cost about 80% less than the ditch light brackets that some of the more popular manufacturers make for Subaru. ... show more

The bolts were all screwed in at an angle and the threads were absolutely destroyed when I received them. Nothing fit perfectly and had to be either bent or forced on. Definitely buy the NiLight version instead of these.

When I tightened the set screws, the metal brackets would bend. I had to drill my metal and put screws thought the bracket to get it to hold.
