One of the best tools I've bought in recent years. Worked so much better and cleans up easier than I expected. I never owned any spray gun before this. Bought this to paint aluminum (metal) gutters. It was easy to use, straight forward and the outcome was great. Before buying this, my option was to paint by hand, using roller and brush. I was hesitant to buy sprayer (tool) for this 1 job and my wife did not want another tool in the garage. Turned out to be the best money and tool I bought in recent memory. It saved me so much time and the paint was evenly applied. (Sherwin Williams water based paint). Clean up was not bad, I had heard horror stories about long tubes and nozzles and caked on paint, etc. The key things were: water based paint, clean up right after with water and paint cleaner. There is 1 plastic straw-like piece, the metal nozzle, the paint reservoir with its lid - that's it, very straight forward to clean up.

This sprayer makes life just wonderful! This is my first HVLP spray gun, but it won't be my last especially from this company YATTICH. It works amazingly well and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to save a bundle of time painting. So far, I've painted doors, door frames, baseboard, casing, and quarter round -- both installed already and loose pieces set up on sawhorses. This gun has very little overspray, unlike an airless sprayer where you get to paint a whole room, whether you planned on it or not. Also, I feel that the finish from this sprayer is much finer as well, creating a better smoother end result, which is especially noticeable on my doors. It was easy and quick to setup. I did do about a 1/4 gallon of "tests" before I started on my new doors... that is probably way excessive and a huge waste of paint, but I was a bit nervous to start not waiting to ruin anything. But, once I gained a better feeling of how much shot out and how to adjust it properly, along with getting "the wrist motions" down to create a nice even spray, I was rocking and rolling. I was able to spray 13 doors on one side in about 45 min, waited 24 hours and then did a second coat. Then another two days of spraying the other side twice. All in all, it probably took more time to setup everything than it did to paint! This thing is a real lifesaver. Once my project is finished, I'll update my review to include some up close photos of the finish. If you're thinking about buying this, hit the button now and you won't be disappointed!

It's easy to handle and clean. However, I did notice a few times when using it for a while, when it gets hot, if you stop spraying and then want to continue, it doesn't start right away, but instead it starts leaking from the nozzle and it may take you 3-4 tries before it starts spraying again. Be careful if you do not want to ruin your floor! [8/25/2022 update] - Updated to 4 stars - the company reached out to me after almost 2 years once they read the review. They provided new components and initially, the sprayer handled the work pretty well. The trick is to not work under the heat and not for long runs since the heat of the device will dry the paint in the nozzle and clog it while working. Overall a good purchase for the price.

I bought this paint sprayer to paint my Honda 96 wagon and am very glad I did. The sprayer is easy to use, relatively easy to clean, and does a very good job of distributing the paint evenly. I really like the 5 included copper spray nozzles and found the 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm most useful for my project. Personal spraying technique is critically important for the successful use of a product like this and I found that straight, evenly timed, long and complete strokes in one direction worked best. I also started each spray a little off target, moved it evenly in to the target and then ended the spray off the target. This ensures an even distribution of the paint on the intended surface without any danger paint blotches which can happen at the beginning of the spray and less likely at the end . To clean the components I immediately disassembled the sprayer, separated the main electronic unit which I never cleaned except for a simple dry wipe off, and then soaked all the other components in a paint cleaner. You must have, in my opinion, an added set of cleaner tools with different size brushes to thoroughly clean this sprayer but I got a set for @ $10 plus a simple stiff dish cleaning brush to help clean the paint reservoir container. I would recommend this paint sprayer because it does a very good job, has a very useful set of nozzles included, allows for a variety of spray patterns, does not require an air compressor, is relatively easy to clean, and is attractively priced.

I am no stranger to airless sprayers. My trusty FLEXIO died after several years and it seems that brand has gone down in quality the past few years. So I find this on Amazon and it looked nice and the reviews are good. Mine came with 3 nozzles, not 5. No nozzle cleaning tool per the user manual, just a small brush. And a wrench. no pour / thinning cup. It is easy to pop together and after reading the instructions I figured I would give it a try. My experience was VERY similar to another user here. Why did I buy it? The reviews and features. It does look nice. And I like the adjustable layer know as well as all the nozzles ( which mine did not come with.). And the reviews were pretty good. I am an engineer and have painted before. Motorcycles, cars, house, walls, furniture, etc. so it is not exactly an amateur review. 1. This thing ran very hot out of the box. The heat travels down and blows right down the handle and it get pretty darned warm. It also takes significant cool down before the unit hit room temp. No prior sprayers I ever used had that issue. 2. I checked it all before assembling which is easy. A full nozzle assembly that pops into the gun with a solid push and is seated nicely with a rubber gasket. Sprayed a small batch of water through into the the bathroom sink and saw it spray. I thinned out the paint and added to the cup and began to spray. 3. The spray pattern is actually nice and even. BUT it lays down so little paint I had to go over areas 4-5x. And it still made a high gloss finish look like a thin stain. I tried changing the nozzles 1 x 1, and tried the paint layer adjustment knob which did nothing. Low to High the same amount of paint sprayed with every nozzle. 4. Small bathroom, only 10 x 11. It took me 2 hours and still had not been able to lay down thick enough paint. It used only 1 full canister full in that time. I rechecked the feed line and nozzles, and there was nothing I could find to explain that. As well as the adjustment knob being useless. I ended up just using a roller and brush and did the job the old way. Again, I have used airless electric sprayers inside and outside of my home to do painting and staining. The last job I did was a dining room 2.5x the size of this bathroom and it laid down a nice, thick, smooth layer of paint and took me maybe 25 minutes. Ceiling included. Packed it up and am shipping it back. I really wanted this thing to work and looking at reviews it may very well be a good tool. But with the missing parts, the motor heat, and spray thickness issues I will most likely go back to a brand name and take my chances there. It will cost more but the time I spent trying to get this to work cost me several hours on a small area. Plus being partially disabled I have to pack it all up and return this no when I can.

Update: Customer service reached out to me and send a new sprayer to replace the broken one. I'll give it another go and see if this one is better. I still think it will have its limitations - after all it is a $50 sprayer and you kinda get what you pay for. I'm just using it to spray baseboards, miscellaneous trim pieces, and the occasional door. ORIGINAL: I'm a contractor and do a decent amount of painting for my job. Believe me, every time I have to use this sprayer I want to punch a hole in the wall. About 20% of the time the stars will align and it will provide a decent finish in good time. But the other 80% of the time it is an absolute nightmare. Would be faster and look better to brush and micro roll, and that is a LOW BAR. The problem is that the sprayer is super unreliable (jams up frequently) and does a HORRIBLE job atomizing the paint - so you end up with a funky orange peel/spatter texture instead of a smooth finish like the higher end HVLP sprayers. I've tried multiple brands of paint, viscosities, and spray tip sizes. None of them are good. The best results seem to be achieved with the smallest spray tip and a highly watered down paint (adding a little flotrol seems to help too). But still, it's not great. The icing on the cake is that the straw snapped off for no apparent reason after about 5 uses, which rendered the sprayer completely useless. I superglued it back together and got maybe another 5 uses before it snapped off again. As much as I hate throwing tools in the garbage, I don't think it's worth it to try to salvage this one.

This was my first time using a paint sprayer and I was very pleased with the ease of use and the end results. I received the sprayer very fast and it was packaged well. I actually keep the item in it's original box when not in use. I love that it has a few different nozzle choice, too, based on what is needed. I am a middle-aged woman with hand/wrist/shoulder issues and just kept switching from hand to hand, as needed. Definitely better than a standard roller, hands down! The paint container holds a decent amount of paint, as well. The sprayer is simple to put together, load/reload with paint, and clean when done - I rinse it out in our slop sink and let everything air dry before putting away. So far I've painted a set of old metal porch furniture, our laundry room, and our open floor plan L-shaped living room area. I have not had any issues with the sprayer itself or any of its components and I did not experience any overheating or electrical issues. It seems like it might be a bit loud but I've never used one prior to this so I imagine that is to be expected (similar to a vacuum) considering how close it is to your head while using it (it's only as far as your arms can reach!). I have already recommended this to others and would definitely purchase it again, if needed. Very happy with the seller and this product in general :)

This paint spray gun is extremely sturdy! I had the brilliant idea to paint the ceiling, only it’s a popcorn style, plus, it’s pitched (12ft) and I’m 5’3”. I had started out using a roller, which was a huge mistake, obviously! After I had painted a 10x5 foot swath of ceiling, and I was covered in white popcorn pieces, I was exasperated, because now I couldn’t just leave it, I had to continue and finish. Hence, thinking a paint spray gun would be the best option, I did a search on Amazon, and this one came up as having excellent reviews. It arrived quickly, the directions were clear with assembly, and I really appreciated that the nozzles were not plastic and included a variety of sizes. I got started and realized that this brilliant task before me was going to be a whole lot easier with this spray gun! The gun itself has a little heft to it, so holding it up to spray was a workout. I ended up taking a misstep on the ladder, I fell about 4 feet to the ground, and at the same time, the gun flew out of my hands, it bounced off the ladder, the floor and then hit the wall! After I picked myself up off the floor, albeit in pain (messed up my ankle pretty good), I went to check out the gun, and surprisingly, it was intact! The attached paint canister didn’t break off and spill paint everywhere, thankfully. I checked the nozzle, that was fine too. I got back up on the ladder and continued to paint the ceiling, and the gun worked as well as it did out of the box. Impressive! The clean-up wasn’t as bad as I had thought it would be, disassembling it and being able to clean it out was a breeze, and the included brush is super helpful. I used it three more times after the ceiling, and it has functioned perfectly as it has the first time I used it. I get the job done in half the time it would take me to use a roller, especially when it comes to painting trim.
