So I bought two of these for my equipment trailer. My son complained that my older 20' chains were too long. I bought four 10' chains. "Dad, these are too short for some things". Then I bought these! pretty good length for most things so now I have a good assortment. I put slip hooks on one end for applications which suit us better for the excavator and other loads. One minor complaint is that the crab hooks they send are G70.

Seems like a good chain, have only used it once. As for link size, what you see in the photos is a chain my father owned. This chain is ay least from the mid 1960's and possibly older, links are the same size.

These chains are Grade 80 with links clearly marked as such. Hooks are Grade 70, also clearly marked. This is the best deal I found for such chain. Good value.
