This is great stuff. You can wrap a bunch of this around anything and bam you have a fenced area, great for barns, great for plants, not good for toddler control, great for fencing in neighbors during a pandemic, great for crowd buffering at banks. nope, its even child safe if you tie it off. kidding no its not child safe fencing. I placed 3 sections around my yard, it works for wild goats,pigs, and the likes. I have found this highly effective at keeping my hosta plants safe from deer. The deer like to eat them, now they cant, :) I am pleased with this. PS> My neighbor borrowed it to place a fenced in pen for there kids to play in, while they had a get together party. So yep I suppose it works for many purposes, and its not rusting, and looks pretty good, however it does not hold up to trees. Yea, trees crush the fence, lol. Used this on a wrought iron fence to stop small dogs getting out, and also to stop my neighbors much larger dogs from killing my dogs. Tried several things before this, finally this worked perfectly

Sturdy fencing for large yards, keeps the dogs in and most critters out. careful though, skunks, squirrels & small rabbits can walk right through this fence. use mine to keep out the coyotes and keep the deer away from my trees and plants. easy to install with pound in posts or just place around trees in a circle and connect both ends together. Amazon delivers to your door and beats the heck out of dragging it home yourself. I spray mine black or green before I unravel it and it disappears into the landscape. ... show more

It is great buy for this price. For many years I have terrible problem with the deers. I live close to the State Park and therefore the deers are coming to my property every night. They are not only destroy my flower beds but also leave a lot of dear ticks for me. I have to pick up a lot of ticks from my body every night, but any way I am still getting Lyme disease every summer and have to take antibiotics for months. I tried it all to discourage them to come but when the last cruel winter made them totally destroy my 25 years old and 80 " long Boston Ivy fence - I decide on fencing. To put real fence around my property is very expensive. So I settled on those G & B 308312B 48" x 100' Galvanized Welded... It is sturdy and single wires not being separated while you work on the fence. I purchased 6 feet posts and raised the fence 1 feet above the ground - this way I got 5 feet tall fence. For the opening I purchased two 6 feet gate sets to make 12 feet driveway gate for $170.00. So all project cost me about $600.00 Town made me to cut 1 feet of fence in front of my property on my bad neighbor tip, since only 4 feet of fence allowed in the front of the property. I pretty sure that our park deers would not jump 5 feet fence, do not know about 4 feet of my front fence.(some deers jump 7-8 feet) I think that if State can not protect citizens health and citizens properties by holding deers inside parks territory and letting their population going out of any reasonable proportion - State at list have to let people to try to protect them self. To force people to cut 1" feet of temporary and practically invisible fence in the area with very high deer population is totally unreasonable. ONE REAL BAD THING about the wire fencing I bought: In one pack horizontal wires were totally separated from vertical wires on about 7"-8" at the beginning of the pack. That made me think that I got somebody's return. Second pack had this damage on about 3". Third one was all good. So for 200" - 10" totally unusable - making 5% of total damage. Since I bought more that I needed - it was not deadly, but for other person it could be different. It made me think first to put 3 stars, but I decided on 4 stars for quality of fence but had to let people know, so they can make sure that they fence all would be good. ... show more

I was super skeptical when ordering this fencing just because of the price and some other reviewers said they had issues with the welds. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received this, as I had absolutely no issues! We used this for our dog pen, and it has worked perfectly.     • Too flimsy for long term yard fence.
Did not know the gauge of dog wire fencing. We have used this for 40 yrs. and never knew about gauge. This 14 gauge is too flimsy to last long or keep our shelties in safely on 5 acres. Bends easy and is flimsy. Took 3 trys to get our 3 rolls as it kept getting lost or stolen. We don't have a pickup now to get this from farm supply is reason I ordered. Next time will put in trunk of car with trunk lid tied up. Do not recommend 14 gauge for long term yard fence.... sheltie mom ... show more

I bought the 48 inch tall by 100 ft long galvanized pen. The holes are 4" by 2" It is very sturdy and is perfect for what I need it for (keeping the dogs and coyotes out of our cow pasture)

    • I couldn't have been more pleased with what I got
While initially unsure what I would be getting when I made this purchase, I couldn't have been more pleased with what I got. The 100" roll was light enough to move around and install on my own, while also being solid enough metal fencing to keep the neighbors dogs, coyotes etc from coming into my yard, thus making me feel like my smaller dog is safe.
