Very happy that you cannot see through these. They are sheer enough to let light in, but still provide privacy. I worried about other reviews having pictures of the fabric having snares. So far, I’ve only found one extremely small snare(pictured). It’s very delicate fabric, so be careful when you open it. My nails could get caught on it, and I don’t have long nails. I hope the pictures help you decide on buying these or not. Not a lot of reviews with pictures from the outside, so I took several! These aren't the world's best made curtains but for the price they are very good. They provide privacy even at night, but they also let in most of the sunshine during the day. They also look nice from a distance - it's only when you get within 12 inches that you notice little flaws in the fabric or the sewing. Be sure to buy enough panels so that the width of all panels is 3x the width of your window, then you will have nice gathers and no one will be able to see inside your home. ... show more

I LOVE these curtains. I was tired of opening and shutting my curtains everyday to let in the light and then to give... but these allow them to stay closed and let in light with giving up privacy.
