I ordered this item on June 30th of 2022 and received it shortly thereafter. It did its job... It was very convenient to be able to fold it up and stow it in a bag when travelling. However you get what you pay for. At under $10 bucks, after a year the paint will be mostly chipped off of the handle, and the rubber bottom will disintegrate, allowing the metal tube with raw exposed edge to be exposed, negating any traction this cane provided. Your Mileage may vary, but I wish I bought something a bit higher quality then just buying something inexpensive.

This is the second one I bought I absolutely love it. It’s so nice to be able to just make one little twist and unscrew it and fold it and put it in my purse. I absolutely love it. I have one now for my vehicle and one for inside the house and the price is Ridiculous it’s only $12.99 for some thing that is a lifesaver… thank you so much for making a fantastic product and making it so affordable it’s like you’re giving it away…

I bought this for a trip to Dominican republic. It folded up nicely for about three days and then after that it was a struggle. I managed to get it folded up for my trip home. Now it really doesn't fold down completely like it should. I would not recommend.

Walked around NYC all day but the next day balance was a little off and so glad I brought this along. I used it all over the city, up and down stairs and escalators. I loved how easily it folds and unfolds. The handle would have been a little more comfortable with some padding, but overall very happy. It's also very pretty!

The product itself is good one, or more than we expected. However we received same wrong color cane 3 times before, We sent them back to replace 3 times until this time. I believe there is something wrong on your order procedure. There is no place to specify which design to chose on your merchandise page. But your customer service agents, except the last person, were very patiently listened my complaint to correct delivery mistake. My appreciation to Nicolas and Marian.
