I would give this 4 and a half stars. The hammer action feels closer to a real piano than any digital piano ive ever played, more so than my fathers 15 thousand dollar clavinova. The ebony keys are wooden and initially felt coarse to touch, but after a week of playing the natural oils from my fingers made it feel smooth and natural and I dont even notice it anymore. Connecting it to the app was a little difficult, i wasnt able to do it through internet you need a wps device and the app wouldnt download on Amazons fire tablet. I had to buy the wired connection and adapter ($15) to connect it to my samsung phone. Compared to other products it doesnt have as many instruments sounds you can change it to. No beats. I guess thats why its a digital piano not a keyboard. The Sound quality was really excellent . You can even change the frequency and individually tune each key if you wanted to. I changed it to the 432hz healing frequency Mozart used instead of the standard 440hz. It is perfect for my apartment as it doesnt take up much space. I was able to set it up easily in about 45 minutes single handedly, but im stronger than average so a normal person might need two people as it is heavy about 90 pounds but awkward to grip singlehandedly. The boxes were very heavy, be warned. I like that it was easy to assemble, even though it took around 45mins and some puzzle solving, given that the completed product is a solid beautiful piano. I love the sound and the sensitivity of the keys to the sound being played. Overall highly recommended for a good quality and reasonable price. ... show more

Way better than I expected. The keys are very heavy, which enables the players to strengthen their fingers, and also sounds very nice. In fact, the keys are almost the same as those of classical upright pianos.

    • Warranty issue right out of the box :(
Unboxed and built the piano with my kids. All went well. Everybody was super excited to have the fine instrument for practice and playing. The next day we noticed two flat keys all the way in the low notes stick up slightly more than they should, and when you play the white keys on either side of them (so that's 4 white keys--2 on either side of each of the bad black keys) there's an odd clicking sound. Can't believe I have a warranty issue on day 2! ... show more
