I just received mine yesterday and set it up and started practicing. It sounds great! All the keys and parts arrived well-packaged. I will update this if any problems arise but I am very happy with it! I am NOT a piano expert but I have owned a regular piano previously and this feels great to me. No need to tune! You should know that when assembled properly it sits a few inches away from the wall, so take that into account when deciding on size/space. ... show more

Sound quality is good but the keys are not weighted to be anything close to a real piano. The keys feel exactly like a cheap keyboard rather than mimicking real piano keys. The keys also make that sound that keyboards make when you press down on any of the keys. The right pedal makes noise when you use it, which is very distracting. Overall, this is perhaps the most underwhelming purchase I have ever made. The item description is not close to accurate, which leads me to feel that it is intentionally dishonest to make the buyer want to purchase this over an alternative. Gave two stars instead of one since the sound quality is decent and the price is relatively affordable. ... show more

I bought this about a year ago and it stopped working. I contacted Yamaha because it is under warranty, they sent me a list of service centers in my area. Unfortunately, none of the centers will come to the house to fix; they asked me to bring the heavy piano to them. I emailed Yamaha back (calling takes a while, they tell you there are over 150 callers ahead of you). Yamaha had yet to respond to my email and it's been almost a month now. ... show more
