A great birthday gift for myself
I bought this digital piano for myself this year and I have been enjoying playing it every day. This model offers exactly what I want: good sound quality, low effort to maintain, has connection to headphone, and a relatively affordable price. I was able to assemble it myself fairly easily and I love the white color too. It makes my whole room look nice and elegant.

Very satisfied
I just received mine yesterday and set it up and started practicing. It sounds great! All the keys and parts arrived well-packaged. I will update this if any problems arise but I am very happy with it! I am NOT a piano expert but I have owned a regular piano previously and this feels great to me. No need to tune! You should know that when assembled properly it sits a few inches away from the wall, so take that into account when deciding on size/space.

Great digital piano to teach kids Great digital piano to teach kids
We like everything about this piano. It sounds like a mini grand piano. It is very compact and has beautiful modern look. Happy with my choice.

Very disappointed
Sound quality is good but the keys are not weighted to be anything close to a real piano. The keys feel exactly like a cheap keyboard rather than mimicking real piano keys. The keys also make that sound that keyboards make when you press down on any of the keys. The right pedal makes noise when you use it, which is very distracting. Overall, this is perhaps the most underwhelming purchase I have ever made. The item description is not close to accurate, which leads me to feel that it is intentionally dishonest to make the buyer want to purchase this over an alternative. Gave two stars instead of one since the sound quality is decent and the price is relatively affordable.

High quality instrument
Recommend for beginners and intermediate performers. Well built and it creates perfect addition to modern interior. Keyboard mechanism touch works almost like in small upright piano

Everything is fine, just need to purchase another cable that connects the headset to the USB.

Bad Yamaha service
I bought this about a year ago and it stopped working. I contacted Yamaha because it is under warranty, they sent me a list of service centers in my area. Unfortunately, none of the centers will come to the house to fix; they asked me to bring the heavy piano to them. I emailed Yamaha back (calling takes a while, they tell you there are over 150 callers ahead of you). Yamaha had yet to respond to my email and it's been almost a month now.
