The chair is extremely uncomfortable and tight. It’s not wide or tall at all. The back of the chair doesn’t even reach my shoulders. The listing says it has a 300 pound weight capacity, but it feels like I’m being squished at 6’2” and 250 lbs. This chair is not for larger people. It also wobbles badly in every direction. The only direction it should be leaning in is backwards. I followed assembly instructions carefully and tightened all screws tightly, but it feels like I’m balancing on a pole. The lock and unlock feature is also very difficult to engage and disengage because the guide rod is not properly lined up with the hole on the opposing side. I have to lean forward and put all my weight on the front of the chair for the guide rod to line up properly with the hole. I’ll definitely be returning this chair. ... show more

The chair is comfortable. It turns well; it rolls fairly well. Height adjusts to two heights. The problem is that it is very hard to assemble, especially the seats. I needed over an hour to put it together.
